The ViewSonic PJD5353 short-throw projector poccesses both amazing brightness and picture quality. Being closer to the screen limits your distortion giving amazing picture quality with less lumens. The first time I noticed the short-throw quality was at my favorite watering hole. They put up a PJD5351(The past model) and it came to my attention how this picture had staying power! While the other projectors in the establishment needed a lamp change every 6 months or so, this projectors picture maintained it's brightness looking as good as the others with brand new bulbs after a year! Needless to say, he just ordered another projector to replace one that was aged with another short-throw, the ViewSonic PJD5353. This past Saturday I stopped by to watch the big UFC event and WOW!! He has this projector placed between two 50" plasma's and looks absolutely stunning! This projector is also 3-D Ready so perfect in any home entertainment setting! In the end this projector definitley has my vote! Look for more reviews in the future.........
